If there was ever a time that people needed to step up it’s now!  As a society we are faced with many challenges. Violence in many communities continues to spiral out of control due to the lack of love, poverty, intentional destabilization, poor education, homelessness, broken family structures, etc etc  Racism has reemerged stronger than ever due to the power of hate and bigotry. Companies have left our country to boost profits and take advantage of cheap labor. It appears that our country is spiraling out of control. In every crisis there is opportunity! Even though it seems to be the worst of times it’s also the best of times in some aspect. Technology continues to open the door for many people to totally change their lives. New millionaires are being made. You can learn anything at the click of a button. People with good hearts are banning together to make things happen.  It’s the perfect opportunity for new leaders to rise and fill vacancies that have been left open due to people being taken off of the scene or because they have been ineffective in their roles! At U Can Turn Around we see the opportunity in the crisis. We encourage change agents to step up and take the reins of an out of control system. It’s time that we stop talking about how terrible times are and work together to make them better. If we work together collaboratively we can change lives. It’s not going to be easy and it won’t happen overnight but, we can turn this thing around! Let’s do it together!
